How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Custom-engraved items require an additional 2-3 days for craftsmanship and quality inspection before shipping.
Can I personalize a memorial with an engraving?
Yes, many of our urns and keepsakes can be personalized with names, dates, or short messages. Look for the 'Personalize' option on the product page.
What is your return policy for memorial items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused, non-personalized items. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have already held ashes.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.
How do I choose the correct size urn?
